Please review your ride selection and details for accuracy. By clicking Complete My Reservation, you are agreeing to the booking Terms & Conditions and authorizing us to charge your credit card at the rates displayed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a strict NO CANCELLATION policy. For any and all cancellation requests, including no-show’s, your card on file will be charged the rate displayed and we will gladly reschedule your tour. If you cannot reschedule, a Horsin’ Around Adventures Gift Certificate will be issued. The Gift Certificate has NO EXPIRATION DATE and can be RE-GIFTED or TRANSFERRED to another customer. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations due to weather conditions will be at the discretion of Horsin’ Around Adventures. Weather and conditions at the Ranch can vary from the surrounding areas. We hold firmly to our policy, as there is much preparation and costs involved that apply for preparing for our guests, as well as our ability to reserve a limited number of horses per each tour. We take great care and pride in giving the best experience to our guests as well as allowing other guests the opportunity to join the adventure. If Horsin’ Around Adventures must cancel your tour due to weather conditions and you cannot reschedule, we will issue a credit.
RULES OF THE TRAIL:
Tax and Gratuity are not included in price.
Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for a trail safety review.
All riders must be able to get on and off a horse with limited assistance.
All riders of all ages wear helmets.
Liability waivers must be signed before rides.
If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to ride time, so that we may either reschedule you or issue your Gift Certificate (and assign your horse to another waiting Guest)! No refunds available.
