We recommend making your reservation as early as possible to assure the availability of your desired ride type and time.
Spring – Experience the SouthWest desert terrain in full bloom! Moderate temperatures throughout the day.
Fall – Experience the change of colors in the SouthWest desert terrain and green belt! Moderate temperatures throughout the day.
Summer – Experience exceptional SouthWest Sunsets and beautiful, early morning wildlife excursions! Warm – Hot temperatures throughout the day.
Winter – Experience cool temperatures all day, with typically smaller group sized rides.
We have horses for all levels of riders! We offer pony rides for children ages 4 – 7.
We have exceptionally gentle horses, with interactive, SouthWest trails through exceptional Arizona desert scenery.
Any and all! Whether there’s just 1 guest or 100+, we are happy to host you!
Guests are welcome to stay at the ranch headquarters or surrounding local venues.
We are proud to say there are no limitations! All guests must be able to mount and dismount their horse with limited assistance and keep their balance while riding and controlling their own horse.
Our office is open from 8am to 6pm daily.
We suggest the Cowpoke or Premier Ride for guests visiting the Sedona Ranch.

All of our adventures are suitable for couples! If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, we offer the Premier Ride with consideration of one of our custom add-ons!
We specialize in customizing premier adventures for corporate parties! For your consideration, we offer prepackaged tours like the Cattle Drive and Cowboy Cookout at the Sedona Ranch. Please call for more information.
We suggest the Premier Ride for experienced riders. This adventure allows for a private, guided tour where guests can move at their own pace and explore additional, more experienced areas of the ranch. Ask us about our full day rides!
We specialize in customizing adventures for your group! Let us know what your desires are and we will strive to meet them!
We have a picnic area if you’d like to enjoy the ranch after your adventure! Or ask us about our Lasso-A-Lunch picnic option available at the Sedona Ranch!
Please wear clothes that are comfortable to you, but we highly recommend wearing jeans or pants to protect your legs from the sun, saddle and outdoor elements. In warmer months, protect your face and skin from the Sun. In cooler months, bring layers as the weather can change drastically throughout the day. Closed toe shoes are required.
Please no skirts or shoes with high heels. Boots with a 1 inch heel are permitted.
Guests are to remain respectful with their horse at all times. If respect is not maintained, you may be asked to dismount and return to the ranch.

If your travel plans should change, we understand! We request you give us a call 48 hours in advance so that we can either reschedule or issue your gift certificate. No refunds available.

At Horsin’ Around Sedona, you’ll experience trails throughout a canyon that were originally created by the cattle themselves when it was once a cattle and farming operation in the early 1900’s; providing beef, fruit and vegetables to the minors in Jerome, AZ! You’ll also experience a part of the old Stageline Road overlooking the original Stage Stop that was a resting point between Sedona and Payson, AZ.
Horsin’ Around Owner, Tanner Bryson, grew up on the same ranch, raising and training quality Performance Horses and had to gather cattle daily on the same trails you’ll experience!
